November 6th: Race for the Cure Zeta Team- Everyone is welcome to join us! We will have a team of Zeta walkers and runners in the Race this year. Let’s show them our spirit by wearing your ZTA letters. All family members and friends are invited to join us.

To register for the Zeta Team, go to: http://sandiego.info-komen. org/goto/zetasd.  Scroll down to view list of team members and click Join Team.

After you register, please join our fundraising efforts and endeavor to raise a minimum of $125 in pledges of support from your network.  Each $125 will fund a mammogram for a woman who might not otherwise receive this potentially life-saving test.  Your support can save lives!

Even if you cannot or do not want to walk/run on our team, you can support the team by registering as a “Sleep in for the Cure” member, or by donating to our team in support of our fundraising goal.

NFL THINK -PINK

Be on the look out for Zetas at the San Diego Charger game against the Miami Dolphins, on Sunday October 2nd.

We will be distributing informational cards and pink ribbons and participating in the pre-game ceremony. This is our opportunity to reach out to the entire San Diego Community and promote Breast Cancer Awareness at an NFL San Diego Chargers game.

Save Lids to Save Lives with ZTA!

Pink Yoplait lids have hit the shelves! It's time for the ZTA Save Lids to Save Lives lid collection!

We will be participating in the Yoplait yogurt "pink lids" collection. In addition to the 10 cents donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for each pink yogurt lid collected by ZTA, Yoplait will donate an additional five cents to the ZTA Foundation! The Yoplait website features the ZTA lid collection. Please bring your clean lids to any meeting and we will send them off to be counted.
